1. Service Description

BAiOND Compass is a web-based strategy and KPI platform designed to help software-driven companies plan, implement, and measure their AI transformation across product, delivery, support, and operations. By subscribing, users gain access to structured KPIs, ready-to-use templates, and practical AI enablement tools.

2. Access and Usage

Access is granted per company license and is intended for internal business use only. Login credentials must not be shared outside your organization. Misuse, including reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, or commercial redistribution, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of abuse or non-compliance.

3. Pricing & Subscription

Standard pricing: €99/month (excl. VAT) per company license. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled at any time before the next billing period. Invoices are issued electronically and payment is required in advance.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new customers. Beyond this period, refunds are only granted in cases of proven technical failure or breach of service obligations.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect only essential business-related data: company name, billing information, user email, and usage statistics. No personal or sensitive data is processed unless explicitly required for functionality. Data is securely stored on GDPR-compliant EU-based infrastructure. We do not share your data with third parties without consent. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

6. Liability Disclaimer

BAiOND Ltd. provides the platform "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or third-party claims resulting from platform use. The platform does not constitute legal or consulting advice.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
